Masjid Aisha at al-Taneem is the closest point outside the Haram boundary. Pilgrims already in Makkah who want to perform another Umrah go here to enter ihram, as Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) did on the Prophet's ﷺ instruction.
The mosque has washrooms and space to change, so you can shower, put on ihram, pray two rak'ahs, make your intention and ride straight back to the Haram.
